utilize this information unless one of the following scenarios

you cancel within 10 days (RV Site) or within 30 days
(Cabin/RV Rental/Hallett's Peak Cottage) of
arrival date, your credit card will be charged the total
amount based on your reservation information,if we are
unable to re-rent your site or accommodation. |
| If
you cancel outside 10 days (RV Site) or outside 30 days
(Cabin/RV Rental/Hallett's Peak Cottage) of
arrival date, your credit card will be charged a cancellation
fee of $15.00 (RV Sites), $25.00 (Cabin/RV Rental) or
$50.00 (Hallett's Peak Cottage). |

BARKING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND GUESTS MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
PET WASTE MUST BE PICKED UP AND DISPOSED OF BY OWNER.
WE PROVIDE BAGS IN OUR PET WALK AREA.
ANY DAMAGE FROM YOUR PET WILL RESULT IN CHARGES EQUIVALENT
TO THE INCIDENT INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS.
